Stephanie Traugutt, is the owner and trainer at the Double Kay Ranch in Vaughn, WA. Her love for horses began at an early age and as a young girl and she grew up riding and showing Arabian horses.  In her 20's she worked as a trainer at a Tennessee Walking Horse farm and fell in love with starting the young colts as well as the natural flat shod gate of the breed. Today she runs her own farm with her husband and two children with a focus on Western, Ranch riding and Reining.

Over the years she has shown a variety of breeds in English pleasure, Western pleasure, jumping, dressage, show hack, trail, gaming and also loves the challenge of training horses for trail rides.

Stephanie is a Josh Lyons Accredited Trainer and a graduate of the John and Josh Lyons Certification Program and where she gained knowledge in everything from ground work to performance riding.
